INDUS SOURCING SOLUTIONS believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
At the time of delivery, customers are required to record a video while unboxing the product in the presence of the delivery person. If the product is found to be damaged or defective, you must immediately contact our Customer Service Team and share the video as proof. The request will only be entertained after the merchant/vendor has verified the issue at their end. Such issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product. After reviewing the complaint, the team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.
For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the respective manufacturer for support.
In case of any refunds approved by INDUS SOURCING SOLUTIONS, it will take 9–15 working days for the refund to be processed to the customer.
